Now, our client is looking for a Training Co-ordinator to support the Academy Management Team and L&D Trainers.

Our client is dedicated to delivering a world-class service to customers across the globe and to achieve this, they need a fantastic team. You will help to deliver a vital service that enables employees to realise their full potential and become leaders in their field.

As a Training Co-ordinator, you’ll perform a wide range of administrative duties to facilitate the smooth running of our client’s Training Academy.

Ensuring that a first-class level of customer service is delivered, you’ll respond to a range of training related queries and requests, including reschedules, cancellations and new courses.

Additionally, you will:

- Liaise with the Implementation Manager and Assessor Lead regarding trainer availability
- Compile, maintain and validate e-learning evidence in the Academy Curriculum
- Maintain learner records
- Assist the Resource Manager with resource planning and forecasting for training events
- Run a range of reports

To be considered, you will need:

- At least one year’s experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to complete report-building and basic data manipulation
- A degree level qualification or equivalent

Organised and detail-oriented, as a Training Co-ordinator, you’ll have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. Superb time-management and prioritisation abilities are also key.

Experience of the following would be beneficial to your application: apprenticeships, apprenticeship levies and awarding bodies, large scale training operations, the security industry or customer service in people-facing environments.
