My Client a leading Finance Trading platform provider are looking to recruit a Software Developer to join their London Development team working on complex trading applications built mainly in Microsoft and some Python technologies. This person will be working from beautiful offices in the City of London with some remote work considered.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of technologists in the role as Software Developer, building applications on C# .Net technologies and also conduct hands on research and some development with Python and Cloud technologies. They will be working in a Scrum/Agile methodology to ensure development tasks are prioritised and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities·Design and implement rule based trading / risk management platform using C# and .Net technologies

·Build new functionality for the core Financial Trading platform

·Take responsibility for end-to-end implementation of new features working closely with other development members.

·Work with the development team to support and build new functionality to a propitiatory financial trading platform as and when required

Desirable Attributes & Experience:·Previous experience of developing Financial or Enterprise Scale Applications

·Excellent C# and .Net skills (ASP.Net, Entity Framework, MVC)

·Experience with Python, T-SQL & Cloud (AWS or Azure) would be beneficial

·Some interest in Big Data technologies

·Ability to see the big picture whilst working with details

·Ability to communicate and formulate complicated concepts

·Ability to self-manage assigned tasks

·Interest in working in a dynamic, team focused, fast paced environment
