This family-run online retailer are a well-established player in their market with over a decade of experience. You'll be joining at an exciting time as they place more emphasis on their online footprint and look to grow their eCommerce offering further. You'll be based from their head office location close to Andover and will require your own transport to commute.
This is a broad role and offers the opportunity truly drive the business forward and be rewarded with a share of the profits.
Your new role
The organisation is currently outsourcing project work and wants to reverse this process. The extent to which they do this will depend on the strengths of the successful candidate. The role therefore can cover web development, digital marketing and customer liaison. We're really seeking an all-rounder with experience growing an online business.
You'll start by gaining an understanding of the internal site and will then begin to scale changes and take ownership over core web/digital projects. You'll join a small team reporting directly to the Managing Director and will share responsibilities to advance the business and keep it competitive with other companies operating in this niche.

It's perfect for someone who is self-motivated, can brings new ideas and vision to the table and that wants to buy into a brand and go through the growth journey with them.
What you'll need to succeed
You will also have knowledge of wider digital skills including SEO, Google Analytics, Adwords, Site Performance and the Adobe Creative Suite.
You'll be expected to show work examples/URL's or evidence your involvement in digital marketing and the direct effect on sales.
From a commercial standpoint experience managing customer accounts, processing invoices and general involvement in a sales environment or managing a small business or personal web development company would be highly beneficial.
