We are a leading printing and design company in the UK mainly focusing on the Chinese enterprises and the catering trade. We are currently looking for a highly-motivated Web Designer to join our design team.

Key Responsibilities
Design web pages including graphics, animation and manipulating digital photographs in line with client’s branding policy from their printed designs.
Liaise with client to identify their needs and requirements for the website.
Present initial design ideas to the client with detailed website specifications.
Develop site navigation by categorising content, funnelling traffic through content.
Coding using a variety of web design software and solving code problems.
Establish method to ensure appropriate website security and recovery.
Write, proof-reading, and publishes content for the website.
Meeting relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy.
Search engine optimisation.
Testing the website interact and performance prior to going live.
Training client’s staff and post-sales technical support.
Continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments and programming techniques.
Monitor, maintain functionality and activates of the website and the company’s existing live websites.
Create complete branding solution for our clients.

Skills & Knowledge
Expertise working with Adobe Creative Suites, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL.
Typography, Colour Theory, Layout / Conversion Optimisation and Print Design.
Strong creative skills.
Effective communication skills both in written and oral, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin as the candidate would be required to directly communicate and present the work to customer.

Degree qualification in Web Design, Visual Communication or relevant qualification.
