As a Time & Attendance Compliance Administrator, you will be working closely with operational managers administering time and attendance via the zCATS system. To provide efficient administration of the zCATS Module of SAP HR and Timegate in order to ensure that:

All employees are paid accurately based on actual working time

Any deviation from planned working time is effectively arbitrated based on consistent application of OCS Policy

Performance and budget is reported

Requests from manager relating to planned and unplanned absence is administrated

Gross wage data to payroll for processing is submitted

Responsibilities will include:

  • Completing daily arbitration of any schedule adherence issues across Facilities Services customer contract base
  • Responding to and process requests from operational managers for planned & unplanned absence, cover and overtime
  • Assisting in the mobilisastion of new contracts within the time and attendance system
  • Ensuring that all data within the scope of control of the schedule adherence function is consistent and accurate
  • Assisting in the production of detailed and high level management reporting on performance of contracts against budget and the mobilisation of contracts within the Time and Attendance initiative
  • Supporting the UK business within a programme of change within the HR and Time and Attendance Landscape
  • Supporting the Time and Attendance support manager in the day to day administration and management of the team
  • Administrating and managing workflow using MS Outlook mailboxes and ensure that all mailboxes and requests are filed correctly and kept up to date

Experience required:

Working experience/Personal attributes

  • Previous time and attendance administration experience desirable
  • Be PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Ms Excel skills
  • Experience of reporting tools and techniques desirable
  • Team player
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
  • Prepared to work to deadlines
  • Prepared to assist in ad-hoc duties and flexibility is an essential attribute to any post holder within this role
