Your new company has increased so rapidly that they have grown to 1000 people in just 10 years and are planning to extend!
Your new role
You will be part of the telephony 1st and 2nd line team and will be providing remote support to users on a global scale! You will be providing IT support to infrastructure and applications and will escalate if needs be! You will be advising and supporting users to help them increase productivity for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience of IT in a professional services background and have experience in Active Directory, Skype for Business, HP PC/Laptops Citrix and VPN, Office 2016/365. You will also be an excellent communicator and will a fast learner who is keen to expand his knowledge.
