Your new company
You will be working for a design practice based in Shoreditch and providing Technical 1st and 2nd Line Support internally to users who work to design and architect new offices/utilities across the globe. They have designed and not limited to new justice courts, airports, stations - a dynamic and contemporary place to work! You will be part of a growing team.
Your new role
You will be reporting into the User Support Team Leader in Australia and will support the newly created office of 65 in London and Cardiff. You will be providing the 1st and 2nd Line Support to designers and architects and also to focus on service delivery and improvement. You will be providing 1st and 2nd Line to both Apple an Mac products
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have work experience in desktop supporting both Windows and Mac. You will have experience with Windows 7, Active Directory, Office 365, storage and backup applications, MS Server 2008/2012. You will also have to be a good communicator who is very self-starting, proactive and understands user delivery.
