Baltic Training are delighted to be working with Creative Network Solutions to recruit for an IT Support Apprentice to join their team based in Leyland.

Creative Network Solutions are a business that offer a wide range of IT Support and Services. Their aim is to provide a total supply and support solution. Some of the services they offer include disaster recovery, cloud services, networking and security. Creative Network are partnered with some OF the IT industries largest brands including HP, Cisco, Dell and Microsoft.

They are now looking for a confident and outgoing individual to join their business which has over 15 years' experience.

You will be working alongside existing staff and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:

  • 1st Line Support.
  • Building PCs.
  • Configuring PCs.
  • Attending site visits.

Training to be provided:

  • Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in ICT
  • Level 3 Advanced Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
  • Networking Fundamentals
  • Mobility and Device Fundamentals
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Cloud Fundamentals
  • Coding and Logic
  • Level 2 Functional Skills (Literacy, Numeracy and ICT)

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Good telephone manner.
  • Knolwedge of PC builds.
  • Good troubleshooting mind-set.
  • Knowledge of System Installations.

The future is bright
Upon completion of the 12 month programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Along with your employer, you may decide to progress onto our level 4 programme and take your training even further.

Salary, hours and benefits

  • £150 per week
  • Full time (37.5 Hours per week)

Location and travel
Their office is located in Leyland and is only a mile away from the local train station.
