Temporary to Permanent, Full time, Construction industry, £10-13 p/hour/

Our client, a well known construction organisation based on the outskirts of Stroud are looking for an experienced and adaptable accounts assistant with from a construction background. This vacancy would be ideally suited to somebody who has worked as a stand alone accounts assistant/bookkeeper looking to join a small but ever expanding construction organisation.
Day to day duties will include:
Entering invoices onto the system* CIS Returns, retentions and verifying subcontractors
* Payroll - processing payroll, pension schemes
* VAT Returns
* PA duties to Directors
* Weekly reports
* Filing, shredding
* Preparing payments for the Office Manager
* Assisting the Office Manager with ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within construction, specifically dealing with CIS returns. Have been using Sage Line 50 within the last few years as well as having good communication and customer service skills to be able to deal with phone queries. In return our client will offer a fill time vacancy paying between £10-£13 p/hour dependent upon experience.
