Perfect Links is looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to work within a compliance team who will report to the Office Manager.
As the Administrator, you will be working in an expanding office, working with up to 25 Recruitment Consultants, the Office Manager and Director.
• The Administrator will be expected to take phone calls from candidates and clients
• Format CV’s
• To send out registration documents to candidates
• To upload documents to candidate files
• To phone candidates who are registered with us to log their availability
• To send and respond to emails
• To process timesheets, to set up online training accounts for candidates
• To verify identity documents, and to undertake day to day administration duties including keeping the office clean and tidy, reporting any maintenance issues and ensuring stock levels for the business are managed
The Administrator’s role is to ensures all candidates are fully compliant to requirements of the clients. The administrator role must have effective communication to ensure that the consultants are not placing non-compliant candidates. The administrator needs to be well organised with good time management skills.
