As a Digital Analyst you will provide insight to drive commercial revenue and improve user experience, working with stakeholders across the business and external agencies. Additionally manage the tracking process across digital products and support the Senior Digital Analyst in providing commercial insight to support new and current partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be both analytical and technical, excel in problem solving and data analysis, while be able to present information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Support the Product Development team - by providing insights into user journeys, product effectiveness and recommend enhancements
Support the Digital Marketing team - by providing campaign reporting across all marketing channels including on-site, social media, search engines amongst other paid/organic marketing
Support the Communications team - by providing analysis across all forms of content including videos, website articles and social media posts
Support the CRM team - by providing insight into email campaign performance and creation of a product scoring system (Next best action)
Drive the use of Adobe Target (AB/MVT Testing) - by creating audience segments, providing pre and post-test analysis and encourage a test & learn culture
Set up automated reports and dashboards - using a range of tools and working with stakeholders to facilitate a self-sufficient data-driven culture
Manage end-to-end web analytics tracking process - from business requirements, technical documentation, implementation and analysis (with support from agencies)
Manage segmentation within the Adobe Marketing Cloud - by creating segments for analysis and targeting (Adobe Analytics & Target)
Handle day-to-day insight requests across the business
Support Senior Digital Analyst in data analysis projects - including supporting current and new sponsorship/partnership deals

Tools used:

Adobe website analysis
Sprinklr social media analysis
Data Visualisation tools (Tableau preferred)
Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
Experience with AB Testing a bonus

Interviews will take place in September for an October start.
