As a real challenger brand in their market, our client has a great position from which to continue to enhance and grow their brand on a national level. With over a century of heritage you'll be in the enviable position of having an existing strong brand to grow and develop and the backing of the senior executive team to drive activity forward. Leading a small team you will develop strategies for both external brand led campaigns and galvanising colleagues internally and governing the brand on an ongoing basis. If you're experienced managing brand marketing and have worked on brand refreshes, repositioning and brand development then this is a great opportunity to continue the growth of your career in a business invested in brand led marketing.

The Role:
·Develop brand strategy and brand vision across all audiences through marketing and internal activity.
·Lead brand led marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, press, radio, store and sponsorship.
·Create process which ensure the effective governance of brand within all wider marketing activity.
·Work closely with agencies to support on media planning, creative and digital.
·Lead and develop team to deliver campaigns and activity to agreed plan.

The Person:
·Significant experience in a Brand Management role, driving and delivering an end-to-end brand strategy.
·Proven results enhancing brand and tracking campaign success and brand growth.
·Confident presenting to executive level and gaining buy in from multiple stakeholders.
·Experienced in managing and developing teams with excellent leadership ability.
