The Role:
Morningstar Europe Ltd is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to work within the European Desktop Support team. You will be responsible for carrying out general first line support to approximately 550 users in our 13 EMEA offices.

Candidates should be trustworthy and able to work independently, managing their time and priorities. Additionally they must be strong team players who are able to work closely with other support team members. As a service desk analyst, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent proven troubleshooting skills. You should also possess a highly proactive "can-do" attitude and be able to manage multiple demands and tight deadlines.

The role would ideally suit someone with 1-2 years' first line desktop support experience or working for a service desk in a global environment of at least 500 employees.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience of the following:
  • Windows 7/10 Enterprise administration
  • Active Directory 2003/2008 administration (Password Reset / Unlock)
  • Microsoft Office 2016/O365
  • Basic VPN understanding
  • Printer Troubleshooting
  • Hardware Inventory Management
  • PC/Laptop Builds
  • iOS/Android Handset Support
  • Laptop Encryption Software
  • RSA SecurID software tokens
  • Email spam account administration
  • Basic Phone System support
