In one of our client project teams, we are recruiting for a Financial Control team analyst. This team member will take ownership of a number of reports and financial control tools.

Responsibilities:


Oversee approval of all timesheets and expenses on the project (150+ KPMG Resources), ensure that these will be on chargeable back to the Client and in line with policies and agreed proceduresManage the entry of timesheets in SAP via reporting from the back office teams and entry via KPMG in Watford assist as requiredOrganise the chargeable codes and service lines in SAP on the engagement - provide these to the Resource Associates team for new joiners for timesheet set upMonitor and control time and expenses charges as shown on the SAP CCDL report received from Finance each week - ensure all recoverable from client and stop threats to EPPrepare monthly invoice to client and obtain approval from 40 hiring managers that use KPMG resources in their business areas at the clientProvide KPMG Finance with day 3 estimates of monthly revenue and provide forecast of revenue as and when requiredCalculate the Engagement profitability of the engagement each month, prepare variance analysis on this and report to engagement manger and lead. Compare SAP to our own project MI to ensure reasonable.Provide support and advice to KPMG resources and the clients on the ground via the team mailbox, i.e. answer their queriesTrack holidays on the program as this impacts revenueReview Financial areas on monthly governance pack and sign these off for engagement manager ahead of meetingAd hoc queries as required by Engagement Manager

Able to demonstrate understanding and experience of financial controlsExcellent reporting and communication skillsExperience of managing and creating invoicesAudit skills are preferableOrganised and able to work to timeframes and deadlinesClient facing ability, ready to answer ad-hoc questions from clients
