My client an international manufacturing business based on the Outskirts of Gloucester and Cheltenham is currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer. This is a full-time permanent position that has developed in order to run and manage the payroll processes for 3 company sites. Your new role
You will be reporting into the Finance Manager in order to manage the payroll for 600- 700 employees.You will be responsible for the collation and checking of payroll information for the outsourced payroll provider to process. This will include; recording holiday, sick and maternity pay, inputting new starters, Processing P45s, P60s producing payslips, answering payroll queries and breaking down payroll calculations for employees.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar payroll role. It is essential that you have experience processing P45s, P60s, Payslips and are up to date with RTI, auto-enrolment and manual calculations. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to use their initiative and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
