Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper / Finance / Accounting / Finance Administrator / SAGE / Part-Time

Accounts Administrator with previous experience in a similar finance and accounting role is needed for our client, a fast-growing telecoms company based in Havant, Hampshire. They are looking for an experienced individual to oversee their financial accounting. The successful applicant will be efficient, well-organised, and proficient in SAGE 50, SAGE Payroll (not essential) and MS Excel, whilst also being confident working with company directors.

This is a Part-Time position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Purchase and Sales Ledgers of companies within the group
  • Undertaking inter-company transfers and overseeing inter-company management charges
  • Raising Invoices
  • Processing debtor and creditor payments
  • Processing Direct Debit payments
  • Credit control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • VAT returns
  • Exporting and importing onto SAGE from company billing system
  • Management reporting
  • Accruals / prepayments
  • Cash flow statements
  • Journals


  • Previous experience in a similar finance and accounting role
  • Experience of SAGE packages - SAGE Accounts v22 onwards
  • Excel skills will be needed to aid and facilitate your creation of management reports
  • Strong credit control skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Efficient and organised

Salary: £10 - £14 per hour

Hours: Part-Time, 1-2 days per week, flexible working hours

Location: Havant, Hampshire
