Main Purpose of the Role:

• Reviewing returning customers loan applications ensuring all compliance and loan detail checks are carried out 100% accurately prior to funding.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Offer a friendly, helpful and professional first point of contact for all our returning customers.
• Determine a customer’s eligibility for a further loan with us, using credit checks, and a comparison of previous loan applications with existing and department rules to do so.
• Work through reloan applications daily ensuring all compliance checks have been carried out along with the customer’s loan details being correct.
• Following all department guidelines in regards to working, funding and declining loan applications.
• Update all customer notes correctly, using professional and factual information only.
• Answering all incoming calls - being aware of the departments aims in regards to call monitoring.
• Complete all promotional sheets that are given by team leaders within the time frame set - working to inform old customers of offers and promotions we are currently running.
• Work to achieve what’s expected of you, on a daily and monthly basis, at your set level as an individual (funded loans, conversion, default, customer feedback and quality of calls).
• Work reloan applications when e signature has been completed by the customer, before e signature has been completed and when applications are in pending status.
• Work as part of a team, ensuring to take customer calls/applications even if the customer is not assigned to you.
