Our client are looking to expand their team of Travel Consultants.

Our client are looking to recruit multiple Travel Consultants and they are looking for people on a full-time basis. Average hours of 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 2100 – 1800 Monday – Sunday.

The salary for this role is £16,000 + £2,400 overnight allowance.
Who are our client looking for?
When recruiting for Travel Consultants, our client look for individuals who are IT literate, well organised, able to follow guidelines and above all be motivated by sales and hitting targets. Proven experience of working in a similar call centre / customer service environment would be advantageous, but not essential, to be considered for this role.
Above all, they require that you possess a real passion for travel and a desire to provide an outstanding booking experience for their customers so that they return to the business time and time again.
What will I be responsible for?
When you join the team as a Travel Consultant, you will be set personal sales targets to work towards as well as be monitored on average call handling times, accuracy and customer service.
On a daily basis, you will be working with several different product booking systems at one time so a cool, calm outlook with the ability to multi task is vital, this will also be useful when you find yourself having to resolve customer issues when things don’t go quite to plan as you will be expected to provide customers with the highest level of support and commitment.
