Do you have a strong background in sales and a big passion for people? Are you looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for our recently developed Kingsmere care home located in Wimbledon. You will be responsible for driving private sales within the home, working collaboratively with the local management team and central; support functions to ensure that occupancy and average weekly fee rates are in line with budget expectations.

As Sales and Marketing Manager you will lead on local networking activities, raising the homes profile within the local community, alongside the identification, building and development of strong relationships with referral/customer sources. Working with families at a difficult time you must be balanced with your empathy and passion for improving people's lives.

To join us in this position it is essential that you have a substantial sales background, alongside, strong leadership and communicative skills. It is desirable that you have a knowledge of care homes and are able to evidence effective time management as well as excellent organisational skills to support event planning for the home.
