You will be working for a successful and fast-growing company with a turnover in excess of £60m, who are a UK market leader in their sector. Due to continued growth this is a newly created job working for a great business who recognise and value their people's expertise.
Your new role
You will be overseeing a team of 5 across credit control and sales administration, and you will be responsible for risk assessment, cash collection, payment allocations and query resolution. This role is critical to maintaining cash flow and improving credit policies, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and supporting the Ops/Sales Director.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have existing people management experience and a proven track record within a Credit Manager job previously. You will have the ability to improve processes and efficiencies in the department, alongside excellent organisation and communication skills.
