A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an expanding state of the art business in Kidlington. Working in an inclusive team of like minded people this is an opportunity not to be missed. This business is part of a successful group and has grown rapidly over the last few years. The position is a 9 month Maternity cover covering all aspects of the Accounts Payable process.

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will include:

- To input all invoices

- To resolve purchase ledger queries on a daily basis

- Reconciliation of supplier accounts on the accounting system and produce reports as required

- Dealing with Expenses and Petty Cash

- Production and processing of all supplier BACS payments

- Foreign Payments

- Ad hoc payments as required

- Assist with VAT and PAYE returns as required

- Assist with Month End & Year End accounts processes as required


As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will have the following:

- Previous experience in a similar position

- Available on short notice

- Good IT skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Confident and organised with your own initiative
