Our Client is looking for a highly motivated and conscientious individual who has the ability to support Directors, Operations and the Sales Team. You will liaise with Key Suppliers and have regular meetings to provide technical support on complex issues. This includes customer site visits to support the Technical Director or Operations team.
You will be confident, a great communicator and enjoy working within a busy environment. You must be a team player, demonstrate a can-do approach and be able to work to tight deadlines. Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs is beneficial – great customer service skills, diplomacy and tact is vital.
At least 6 years’ experience in installing, deploying and supporting Mitel telephony.
Pre-sales is experience required to support the sales team and Sales Director.
A strong understanding of Telecommunications technology, Digital, Analogue, VOIP and
SIP is also required.
Maintain awareness of new and emerging technology, this will include presenting to the
management team new products and how to support maintain and deliver.
Highly motivated – sets and achieves challenging goals as an individual and team.

- Mitel experience on the Mitel MiVoice Business and MiVoice Office 250 systems.
- A formal qualification in a network discipline is not required however a strong understanding of Networks is desirable to aid troubleshooting and designing.
