Our Client is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their team in Weybridge on a 3 month contracted basis.

The Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will support the business in the management and coordination of quality assurance.

The Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

  • The coordination of the self - assessment process

  • The management and co-ordination of internal and external verification

  • The collection and analysis of candidate surveys

  • Supporting the business in inspection

    The Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will support the business in the management and coordination of quality assurance.

    The Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

    • The coordination of the self - assessment process

    • The management and co-ordination of internal and external verification

    • The collection and analysis of candidate surveys

    • Supporting the business in inspection

    • Promoting the ethos and values

    • Develop relevant quality assurance policies and procedures as agreed with management

    • Develop and manage the quality cycle with management

    • Receive and respond to employee requests for information and provide high quality customer service, support and assistance

    • Use the computerised management information system (MIS) to access information and produce reports on targets and performance

    • Support with Self-Assessment Reporting and Inspections by supervising the administrative processes, maintaining files of evidence and lists of sources of evidence with their location

    • Oversee the Impact Assessment Process, providing training where necessary

    • Arrange meetings with employees and external agencies take minutes and organise the necessary documentation, venue and refreshments for meetings

    • Work to the highest professional standards and undertake your responsibilities to the best of your ability

      Skills & Experience:

    • Knowledge of QA processes

    • Experience in utilising databases and spreadsheets

    • High level of skills and experience using Microsoft Office

    • Excellent Communication and Administration skills

    • Ability to work with a wide variety of clients

    • High level of customer service skills

    The Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will act as a role model for all employees; they will demonstrate excellent communication and administration skills, have an outstanding knowledge of quality assurance and desirably worked within education.
