Travel Sales Consultant


Our client is a medium sized tour operator specialising in ski and summer beach & alpine activity holidays operating throughout France, Greece and St. Anton, Austria.They employ up to 500+ overseas, seasonal staff, in addition to a permanent head office team.

As a Sales Consultant you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, so first impressions are key! Building either full week or weekend & midweek packages, you will maximise sales by identifying customers’ requirements. Maintaining relationships with clients, recommending suitable options and providing support, information and guidance are key elements of this role.

Most clients’ requirements will request researching and developing a set of options - every sales enquiry is treated as unique. The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work with tailormade bookings and driven by targets.

·Ski industry knowledge preferred OR some travel sales experience would also look at someone who is a regular Ski holiday maker themselves
