We have exciting opportunities for Product Development Managers to join our Propositions & Product team.

Our professionals research the needs of customers, understanding also the market context, and create innovative insurance products that offer our customers complete peace of mind.

In this role you will be responsible for both creating and scoping out new insurance products, you’ll also look to enhance our existing products to make sure they remain future proofed and fit for the needs of our customers, and differentiate Aviva.

You'll be organized, able to deliver to deadlines and enjoy working with other people to get the job done.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Excellent communication both written and oral together with questioning skills.
  • Special attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • The ability to listen and reason empathetically.
  • A natural curiosity to identify improvements with a positive mind set and a can do approach.
  • Prepared to take on challenges.
  • A strong commitment to deliver the right outcome for our customers.
  • No previous claims or insurance experience is required as full training will be provided.
  • 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent).

  • Salary:

    • Non-London: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on skills & experience.

    • London: Circa £40,000 dependent on skills & experience.
