Job description:

As a Finance Analyst for Norway, you will be a key business partner to the Sales and Marketing Norwegian team, helping drive profitable growth for Mondelez, and ensuring a high level of financial control and compliance with regards to trade spend and revenue recognition. The role covers chocolate, ref bev and grocery Norway revenue streams and reports to the Category Finance Manager. Main responsibilities: • Build a strong business partnering relationships with the Sales function, based on insight and challenge, to ensure we take the right decisions and influence the shape of the business for the chocolate, ref bev and grocery categories in Norway. • Ensure a high level of financial control, including balance sheet management and reconciliation ensuring that all revenue, A&C and costs are reflected accurately in the P&L. • Be the finance lead for the chocolate category in Norway. • Lead key business processes including actuals and forecast reporting in FIT. Deliver insightful analysis of actual and forecast performance, presenting financial information to both Finance and non- Finance personnel in a clear and concise way which helps influence future actions. • Specific focus on ensuring delivery of pricing in line with business commitments, and alignment across the business on targets, numbers, issues and actions required. • Provide financial guidance to sales in relation to volume, net revenue and pricing forecasts, trade spend optimisation and trade spend slippage. Also provide appropriate guidance on profitability within business guidelines (e.g. profit indexing). • Responsible for external reporting (Governmental and Retail Statistics) • Any other ad hoc analyses as requested by line manager or business partners.


Required profile:

Qualifications Required: • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) • Clear communication skills • System skills (SAP, hyperion, BI) • Commercial Finance experience • Norwegian • English Preferred: • Previous experience in an FCMG environment
