Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Manager to join the growing Consumer team at Yell. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Product Strategy, the Digital Product Manager will be responsible for creating and managing industry leading end-to-end digital solutions for millions of UK consumers, from business case through to design, launch and beyond. The role
*Working with stakeholders across the business to capture requirements, and from those requirements write user stories detailed enough to allow development planning for sprints and releases.
*Working on key inititiatives such as AI, Machine Learning, Mobile Apps and Voice Activated Search.
*Understanding customer needs through research, feedback and data driven insight to develop innovative products and features across multiple digital touch points and channels.
*Defining hypotheses and test candidates for product developments and testing via A/B/n and MVT methodologies.
*Utilising analytics to derive insight around your products, usage and engagement and enabling data based decision making
*Representing your products in Sprint planning meetings and attending daily stand ups as required.
*Representing consumer and end user balancing customer needs against our business model.

The person
*An experienced and creative Digital Product Manager.
*Demonstrable experience owning and developing digital products, especially mobile web and apps.
*Creating and managing product roadmaps and backlog management.
*Significant experience of working in AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
*Requirements gathering and writing user stories.
*The ability to apply data, research, and professional judgment and experience to ensure our products are making the biggest difference to consumers.
*An understanding of, and focus on user-centric design.
