A large organisation with natural growth are looking at ringing in a Purchase Ledger clerk due to business needs.
Your new role
Your role is extremely important to the client as you will play a fundamental part within the accounts team, ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manor which will roughly be 800 invoices per month, statement reconciliations and all queries are resolved quickly. As you will be responsible for the full control of Purchase Ledger you will be responsible for payment runs on a weekly basis and on a ad hoc basis as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, it will be beneficial that you have the following:
- 2 plus years experience as a purchase ledger clerk
- Confident on Excel
- Working knowledge of Sage
