Morgan King are looking for a Developer to work for a large and growing E-commerce Company who can offer web design, marketing, print, development and consultation, they started as a small company but now in their 10th year are now looking for another Specialist to join the ever growing team.

The opportunity will see the successful candidates work from home and will keep in contact with the development manager and other team members through e-mail and Skype and meetings. All equipment needed will be provided.You should have a sense of humour, a burning desire to succeed, make a difference and to learn new skills/technologies on the job.
The successful candidate will have experience as a coding developer, creating robust web applications.


•Rounded experience in the design, analysis, build and test of enterprise level software solutions
•Experience delivering multi-channel and cross platform web and middleware solutions using open source frameworks
•Experience producing high quality software assets that follow established design patterns, with an excellent understanding of key development concepts such as object orientated design, service orientated architecture, test driven development and continuous integration
•Experience working with relational and non-relational data stores and associated toolsets
•Experience working with modern front end frameworks as part of a large scale application
•Experience building high performance API solutions as part of a large scale application
•Experience working in an agile environment and working with multi-disciplined and self-organising teams that form part of a larger delivery function
•Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery (AngularJS, HandlebarsJS, Smarty) - Working knowledge of eCommerce, ideally specifically tailored to: BigCommerce, Shopify and understands: smarty templates, css/less, html5, jquery, AngularJS, bootstrap, Node JS, PHP and API

•Desirable but not essential - Working knowledge of CMS, ideally WordPress/Drupal.
