This Charity Audit Manager will be to work closely with Partners running a busy portfolio working with a dedicated not for profit and charity portfolio.

This Charity Audit Manager will be leading and planning work for assigned team members allocated within the charity division. You will be overseeing the procedure of full statutory audits including all planning and completion stages with your team.
  • You will be your clients main point of contact and attend all meetings
  • Review the preparation of Accounts
  • Carry out necessary research for specific assignments
  • Managing the overall service and delivery to your clients
  • Support the partner
  • Client billing and job recoverability
  • Client and prospective attend client meetings
  • Assist in training, supervising and managing the audit team including appraisal processes and mentoring
  • Work with other managers to help with the general running of the audit division


The successful candidate will be able to multitask in terms of handling more than one client simultaneously but ultimately have the technical and personal skills to service the portfolio of clients efficiently and effectively. This manager should also possess the following:
  • Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Hold excellent communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels externally and internally
  • Ability to produce high quality business style reports for non-executive committees
  • Presentation skills for tendering for new work
  • A team player with the ability to prioritise work and work to tight deadlines and budgets
  • Strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Caseware and SAGE
  • Working knowledge of Tax
