Job Title: Head of Key Accounts

Salary: £75,000 basic + commission and Benefits (negotiable dependant on experience)

Owing to their success and plans for further expansion, our client now seeks a driven, consultative and professional Head of Key Accounts to implement strategic growth across their client portfolio. The aim of this role is to become the clients' preferred supplier and build solid long term relationships.

We are seeking a proactive and engaging sales professional with experience managing key B2B accounts who can offer an entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to progress within this highly professional organisation.

Head of Key Accounts - The Person

As a competent Head of Key Accounts with a proven track record of successfully managing and developing existing accounts, you'll be a key point of contact for large business relationships at a national level.

You will prioritise building on these existing relationships and securing new business with the key objective of growing sales and ensuring that relationships are long term and mutually beneficial in order to maximise sales. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this is a pivotal role within the business.

The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

• Account Management ability to manage and develop relationships and deliver incremental year on year sales from new and existing FD accounts
• A confident and engaging client facing sales professional
• An enthusiastic can do attitude
• Excellent relationship management in a B2B environment
• Communicate professionally across multiple levels of business
• Ability to forge and develop interactions with key decision makers - both internally and externally
• Proficient communicator - ability to communicate across all levels including corporate partner & internal board, senior management, middle management etc.
• Financial Services experience is highly beneficial, but not essential
