Your role will involve diagnosing, to handle Customer Claim Investigation calls (in Dutch), primarily outbound telephone calls, in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner

Key Duties:

*Carry-out Claim Investigations for high risk claims.
*Research the Claims history of a claimant using best in class Company tools
*Process claims for those which are deemed to be legitimate whilst denying claims that are deemed to be fraudulent.
*To handle Customer Claim Investigation calls
*Interpret and process any expression of dissatisfaction and escalated complaints provided by customers and attempt to resolve within the FCA guidelines

Experience & Skills:

*Excellent spoken Dutch able to communicate clearly and build rapport by telephone with customers in relation to claims administration and investigation activity.
*Excellent written Dutch able to write to customers in relation to claims administration and investigation activity.
*Maintains an understanding of the customer journey for Claims, including when a claim may be escalated for adjudication.
*Has an up to date understanding of the policy Terms and Conditions, and how they are applied.

Salary: £25,000 per annum inc benefits
