As our digital offering continues to rapidly develop and expand, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the Campaign Manager on delivering strong multi-channel campaigns, with a particular focus on the delivery of Digital Display, PPC and Email.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing as well as experience in delivering digital display and PPC from creative brief through to final sign off. You will be results focused and working closely with our customer insight team, suggest test and learn activity across our paid media channels, making recommendations for the future.

You must be well organised, a proven and confident communicator who is comfortable working closely with and building relationships with external parties from creative and media agencies to managing key product suppliers.

Main responsibilities

General role

  • Briefing all online display activity to our internal studio or creative agency, making sure it’s on brand with clear messaging, built to spec and delivered on time
  • Working to briefs provided by the planning team and media agency and briefing our internal copywriters to develop strong, compelling PPC copy
  • Responsible for facilitating the sign off of all display and PPC copy with key stakeholders and legal
  • Manage campaign budget and schedules – alerting campaign manager’s and Stakeholders of any variance
  • Brief creative development for relevant online campaign assets working closely with the digital content and UX teams
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (i.e. Customer Insight, Products, Digital) to support the planning and development of all campaigns
  • Work with the UX and digital content teams to ensure all campaigns have appropriate landing pages and customer journeys are clear
  • Ensure all online offers are up to date and link to the correct place on our site

  • Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification


  • Knowledge of a variety of online acquisition channels

  • Take an agile approach to prioritising own planned work with unexpected requests, ensuring any potential risks to delivery are escalated swiftly and appropriately.


  • Understanding of Integrated Marketing Campaigns
  • Knowledge and understanding of the UK financial services marketplace


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role with PPC and Digital Display experience
  • End-to-end campaign management covering delivery and sign off
  • Working with external partners
