£55,000 - £65,000+ (negotiable depending on experience) + Superb Benefits & Package
LOCATION:
This role can be based from one of our many sites within the UK. Candidates will ideally live in Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Coventry, Northampton, Worcester, Bristol, Cheltenham, London or other locations within the UK.
THE ROLE:
Joining a world renowned engineering group, as the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing and testing compliance procedures.
You will provide training on laws, regulations and company policies; and oversee / manage compliance by all UK based sites in relation to company policies and regulatory requirements that are applicable to export / import trade activities.
This is a potentially career defining permanent job opportunity for a Compliance Manager looking to join an internationally renowned engineering company.
The role offers diverse scope with regards to compliance management however there will be particular focus on process compliance and especially trade compliance.
With offices across the UK, you can be based from any of the sites we currently occupy but travel to suppliers and client sites will be required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a motivated, professional and talented compliance manager who has experience in a similar role.

You will ideally be degree level (or higher) qualified but most importantly you will be fully experienced in a compliance manager capacity.

You will have comprehensive working knowledge of export/import and trade regulations alongside having experience in a global company serving in a supervisory international export and/or import trade position.

Experience in building and managing a comprehensive trade compliance program is required and a working knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems and how they interact with compliance regulations would be very advantageous.

With excellent communication skills, you will be well organised and professional in your approach with the ability to build and manage relationships.
