They are a small, but well established and growing organisation with an excellent, hard earned reputation.
They are a results-focused company who take pride in delivering exceptional user experiences that drive engagement, retention and revenue.
They are undergoing an interesting expansion phase currently and have tasked us to find a highly skilled Web Developer/Database Support to join their team.

The Role:

We now recruiting for an energetic, personable and ambitious individual to join our client's busy team and help them to maintain and grow their business.
We are looking for an ambitious Web Developer with clear potential to join their development team. Working as part of an expanding development team, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of projects.
Our clients are a pretty social team, so they aren't necessarily looking for a run of the mill developer who quietly sits and churns out code, day in day out. What they really need is a passionate individual who is able to adapt to, and input into current workflows and best practices - someone who can contribute to technical discussions and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Main responsibilities:

The role is initially extremely varied and wide ranging, including:
Design, development and implementation of online fundraising and associated applications
Database administration and support
Support and development of our proprietary CGHub CRM back office suite
It will give you plenty of opportunities to get involved in the development and enhancement of our product and service offerings with a view to specialising in a specific area in due course.

Ideally you will have 12 months or more experience within an IT based role and now looking to further develop your skills and expand your knowledge base. Either way training can be provided for the right candidate if necessary. Knowledge of the following will be advantageous:
ASP.NET and Visual Studio
SQL databases
Knowledge of C# and VBHTML, CSS/3 and JavaScript
JQuery and other JavaScript frameworks
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple and easy to understand way
Ability to estimate timescales for technical deliverables
Ability to assist in the production & delivery of technical specification documents
The post involves substantial Client, supplier and other third party contact so excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be confident, able to manage your own workload and be prepared to contribute your ideas and views.
Driving licence and own transport is advisable.

If you have what it takes to be a successful Web Developer, then please apply with an up to date copy of your CV.
