An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator for a global customer service company based in Stockport. The company are going through a busy period and are looking to take on an enthusiastic individual to support the growth within the business.

As a Compliance Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with all of the new starter inductions
  • Chasing any missing identification and/or personal details
  • Send out reference requests on e-mail
  • Telephone based reference requests
  • Completing all recruitment packs and making sure they are up to date
  • Uploading all paper references onto the system
  • Create reports in Word and Excel
  • Maintenance of office systems, such as filing
  • Liaising with referees when necessary
  • Data entry

As a Compliance Administrator you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous office and business support experience is desirable
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Data processing experience
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner
  • Able to work on own initiative without supervision
  • Positive and proactive approach to team working
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Able to work calmly and with attention to detail under pressure
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all work
