A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger Clerk to work for a successful and fast-growing internet business, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Adherence to credit control, accounting, quality and other relevant procedures
  • Daily processing of all receipts/refunds
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Support function for the Credit Controller
  • Taking payments by credit/debit card, ensuring that all company procedures regarding the processing of credit card payments are adhered to
  • Continuous review of Sales administrative procedures
  • All other reasonable administrative duties, including filing and archiving
  • Skills:

  • Experience of Sales Ledger
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Motivated, driven with a desire to develop your skills
  • Organised, logical and efficient
  • Advanced MS Excel User
  • The successful candidate will receive the following benefits:
