Technical Engineer

Position: Technical Engineer
Location: North London / Hertfordshire area
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,500 - £30,000 per annum

Working as part of their existing Technical Engineers team, they are looking for an Engineer with an enjoyment for travel, wanting to get involved with a variety of different client technologies, lofty standards and a positive customer facing attitude.


- Fixing and maintaining a huge variety of client solutions both onsite and remotely
- Provide onsite support to clients at various locations in the country
- Wanting to actively develop and improve the client’s ICT environment
- Keeping impeccable client documentation
- Get involved in project work, working as part of a team to deliver better customer solutions
- Liaise to users about technical issues in a way they can understand
- Have a blast making one of the fastest rising MSP companies even better.

About you:

- Education in computing science and / or can demonstrate experience in a range of computing areas: hardware, operating systems, servers and networks
- Face to Face customer Service experience
- Desire to progress your career
- Effective troubleshooting methodology
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and tenacity
