Your new company
You will be working within the construction industry for an organisation that specialises in the design and build of steel fabrication. Due to the attention needed to the £10m Ledger, this purchase ledger position has been created to ensure all work is effectively completed on time.
Your new role
Your new role will involve reporting to the Finance Manager within a small accounts team. You will be processing the delivery notes to purchase orders and matching the invoice to the delivered entry. You will also be responsible for reconciliations of the account from both contract managers and suppliers. You will complete the payment run which occurs twice a month and chase delivery notes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in purchase ledger roles and have used Sage Line 50. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and intermediate excel skills.
What you'll get in return
