We are looking for someone who can use their expertise to provide IT network and infrastructure support to ensure systems and services are highly available, have sufficient capacity and perform optimally.

What does an Infrastructure Specialist do at Healthcare at Home?
- You will participate in both “business as usual” and project activities, providing expert guidance and support on infrastructure areas and issues.Monitor system performance and highlighting any issues and taking action on any red issues.Aim to future proof systems by installing upgrades and modifications which allows the company to grow and expand its patient base.Provide guidance and maintenance of Active Dictionary Services, physical data centre hardware, virtual and physical network services and any other infrastructure related software and services.Act as a subject matter expert on IT Infrastructure with Healthcare at Home and provide support for any key projects with infrastructure input.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
You will bring your extensive experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft operating systems and server technologies such as Exchange and SCCM. You will have in depth working knowledge of firewalls, switching, routing and VLANs. It is also key you have experience in blending off-the-shelf and bespoke software, and working with load balancing technologies.
You will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to accurately convey technical detail in a non-technical manner to staff outside of the department. You will have a logical and methodical approach to work, with excellent communication skills and confidence in working alone as well as in a team.
Confidence in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and future-proofing is key, and you will be flexible and adaptable to change. You will also be able to provide out of hours support as required.
