You’d be working as a manager in the workplace benefits and defined benefits Corporate Marketing Communications team

The team partners with intermediaries and employers to create compelling opportunities to engage employees so that they value their workplace benefits and ensure that they are saving for their future financial wellbeing and consider the benefit of taking out other products. Here’s an overview of the team’s objectives:

Develop market-leading B2B campaigns and the Aviva member engagement proposition by partnering with employers, distribution, financial education and in-house advice.Launch a variety of propositions to market to support the business objectives.Duties and responsibilities

If you get this job, you’ll be:

Creating B2B member engagement campaigns to drive profitable growth through new business opportunities, enable the business to retain existing customers and develop cross-sell opportunities for both employers and employeesworking with the planning and performance teams to create fully integrated marketing campaigns to achieve our trading, engagement and brand goalsfocusing on complex projects across all marketing channels and providing support for other team membersresponsible for distribution led and propositional marketing campaigns and literature management targeted at workplace pensions and defined benefit schemes specialistsworking with the UK’s best creative and media agencies to deliver stand-out creative to our target audiencescreating material to support the tender process for new and existing businessleading on major corporate mandatory projects and change programmes to improve customer experience and keep us compliantSkills and experience

Strong knowledge and experience of multi-channel marketingDetailed understanding of both the workplace benefits and defined benefits markets and productsExperience of end-to-end marketing delivery with proven personal ownership of campaignsStrong experience of identifying and leading innovative marketing activityProven track record for communications delivery, on time and to budgetExcellent planning and proactive stakeholder managementStrong understanding of key marketing metrics and focus on trading performanceChallenges respectfully and comfortablyStrong planning and proactive stakeholder managementExperience in marketing disciplines:Digital and social content deliveryMarketing-led direct trading, including display, PPC and emailCustomer, business or intermediary engagement activityCampaign and literature managementAn understanding of new marketing technology (ie Adobe Marketing Cloud) and the potential this offers to transform marketing (desirable but not essential)Qualifications
