As our Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a key role within the Club, assisting the team in developing and implementing a strategy to draw actionable consumer insights from data. These insights will aid in the development of all marketing plans: segmentation, communication and lifecycle strategies, eCommerce, digital marketing, lead management, online/offline channel interactions, as well as end-to-end user experience.This position will work within the Digital Marketing team in a wider marketing department that is over 50 strong, placing the customer at the centre of the business. Marketing Analysis within the Club requires connecting data to identify how we can grow our business and best serve every single customer.As Marketing Data Analyst, you would be responsible for the collation and review of our data, to identify trends and behaviour in order to develop solutions to convert this information into customer growth and retention campaigns.To excel as Marketing Data Analyst, you will need to have an insatiable curiosity and desire to digest as much information as you can when making decisions. You will always be keen to explore other avenues of investigation, and utilise a forensic level of detail when comparing different sources of information.You will be comfortable with Excel, demonstrating advanced knowledge. You will be good at forming information related connections – how the real-life environment maps to the actual data. You will also have the ability to balance detail and speed – identifying the minimum data needed to give very credible information.Applicants MUST have strong Excel knowledge, practical experience of SQL and data interrogation.The Camping and Caravanning Club is a fantastic place to work.
