Our Corporate Marketing team is building the Aviva brand for businesses of all sizes, from large multi-national corporates to local SMEs to tech start-ups.

As a marketing team, our goal is to make Aviva the number one B2B financial services brand in the UK. To do that, we need the most creative thinkers, the strongest strategists and the savviest planners. In short, we need the best marketers in the country to join our team.

We’re looking for candidates with a strong marketing background to join us. We’ve got jobs available in our Bristol and York offices.

Duties and responsibilities

If you get this job, you’ll be:

Supporting the definition and delivery of the marketing plans to support Aviva’s ambition to be the undisputed first choice for business and their customersWorking with propositions and pricing to shape compelling, customer-focussed messages for acquiring new business and cross-selling to existing customersSupport the development of Aviva’s brand position and work across the marketing team to deliver to itDeliver end to end marketing plans to support key projects designed to be customer focussed and bring the best of Aviva to these customersUsing the latest technology to deliver marketing and campaign plans for specific B2B productsUsing your excellent stakeholder management skills to take campaigns to marketWorking with the UK’s best creative and media agencies to deliver stand-out creative to our target audiencesControlling a budget, measuring the success of campaigns and reporting back on the return on investment.Skills and experience

Good understanding of B2B marketing channels, tools and techniquesProven track record for communications delivery, on time and to budgetStrong planning and proactive stakeholder managementUnderstanding of key marketing metrics and focus on trading performanceSomeone who has gained experience in various industries – financial services isn’t essential, we’re always eager to learn from other sectorsExperience in marketing disciplines:Digital and social content deliveryMarketing-led direct trading, including display, PPC and emailCustomer, business or intermediary engagement activityCampaign and literature managementIdeally, knowledgeable about the Adobe Marketing SuiteWhat will I get from this role
