A rapidly growing consumer business needs a Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Analyst to completely re-build their billing to improve automation and efficiency.

The Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Analyst will have experience working with these products in a highly iterative environment where you can stand toe-to-toe with developers. You'll be working for a FTSE 500 business who boast a truly unique value proposition, and their customers love them! You'll be part of a new product team where they need strong stakeholder managers to drive digital change throughout the business.


The Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Analyst will be responsible for:

-Re-building and replacing their current billing system, simplifying processes

-Driving iterative development with high-calibre developers

-Working with a variety of cross-functional teams, maintaining stakeholder buy-in

-Writing detailed users stories and who understands the fundamental needs of the business, accessible to a variety of business customers

-Driving major efficiency benefits through automation, whilst carefully selecting different 3rd party integrations

-Building a refined backlog, define user requirements and prioritising for teams to work on

-Map out new processes, running stand ups, white board sessions to further understand product architecture

-Produce best-in-class products aimed at reducing error and streamlining the way things are done!

The Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Analyst will have:

-Experience across a few product roles where you've ideally worked on complex billing/payments systems, or…

-Worked on complex internal business tools within the Telco or Energy sector

-Built systems that helped simplify processes and improve efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing output

-Outstanding stakeholder management skills - you're a real influencer

-A strong technical understanding, good with numbers and how they underpin functionality

-Experience working in a modern, iterative agile environment

-Exposure to end-to-end product ownership. You have worked on products from ideation to delivery
