Affiliate Manager London £38-40k + Bonus

I am recruiting for an Affiliate Manager based in London, A fast expanding Sports Betting and Online Casino company in London, who are looking to hire a seasoned iGaming professional to join the Marketing team as the Affiliate Manager for all of the international territories that we operate in.

As our Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, communication and evaluation of all marketing activity for the business both for our casino and sports betting products managing revenue share and CPA affiliate relationships.

You will have a commercial understanding of the affiliate model and will be in control of optimising existing deals and suggesting many number of new potential deals both through new leads and your expansive number of contacts through industry networking and experience. You will be very numbers focused and comfortable handing a substantial revenue share budget.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in affiliate marketing in the sports betting or gaming industry.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third-party service providers
  • Must possess exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and connections within the sportsbook and gaming affiliate sphere internationally desired.
  • The ability to sell the benefits of the affiliate program and acquire new business
  • 3+ years' experience in a senior Affiliate executive / manager position within an online gaming brand.
  • Proven experience with using Income Access

Job Description:

  • Responsibility for revenues and acquiring new players via existing and new affiliate partners.
  • Managing current affiliate relationships by providing timely support.
  • Accurately record all purchase orders/bookings, affiliate/media costs, bonus and promotional costs and other expenditure and report on a weekly and periodic basis; ensure that all affiliates are rewarded appropriately and paid accurately.
  • Identifying and developing new affiliate relationships.
  • Working with low performing affiliates proactively to increase their performance.
  • Helping to create new ways to manage and optimise the affiliate channel.
  • Creating and distributing reports and data to internal teams.
  • Identifying and implementing other and new opportunities to enhance the affiliate program.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to understand the long-term value of campaigns and channels, as well as provide input for retention oriented campaigns that will have an impact on acquisition and brand.
  • Collaborate with product and CRM to drive events focused on acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage all Sportsbook and Casino affiliate activity, including the communication of key messages; copy and creative solutions through to live placement and evaluation; ensuring that all campaigns and activity are consistent with both brand values and overall campaign themes.
