Medical Device Lead Auditor
£50,000 - 60,000 negotiable + car, bonus & benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a global certification body who are growing their presence within Medical Device Certification. They can offer stability and the genuine opportunity to develop your career into a supervisory role if this is of interest.
You will plan and conduct professional management system audits for medical devices in accordance with company procedures to enable delivery of assessment and certification services to meet customer requirements and appropriate accreditation standards.
You will undertake technical documentation assessments of medium and high risk medical devices.
As a specialist auditor your clients will be spread across the UK and also the Republic of Ireland. Whilst every effort will be made to provide you with local clients to minimise your travel, the role will involve a lot of travelling and occasional overnight stays.
My client is keen to talk to existing auditors to discuss how they can attract them to join the organisation. Attractive salaries can be offered although a flexible benefits package or work - life balance may be your preference.

·Plan & conduct professional management system audits across the UK
·Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and management of operations
·Manage personal schedule to work efficiently and to meet target chargeability requirements
Skills and Experience
·It is essential that you can demonstrate existing experience conducting Medical Device Audits for a UKAS accredited Certification Company.
·Must be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of medical device management and regulatory systems, standards and compliance/auditing techniques
·Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
·First degree, or equivalent in a technical qualification
·Qualified lead auditor for medical devices (CMDCAS, ISO13485 etc.)
·Company Car or Allowance
·Private Health Care
·23 Days Holiday plus statutory
