£70,000 Plus Bonus and BenefitsThe client is an established, successful and growing Group, offering B2B services across the UK, with a small international exposure, to both large corporates and SME’s, operating through a multi-channel network. There is a large customer base, and even larger targeted audience. The business is data driven and marketing led, with Marketing having a substantial involvement with all aspects of the business, both services, products and sales; and high level communications with Business Managers across the Group.This is a full mix role combining traditional marketing skills, such as communications, PR, advertising and advertorials, sales collateral, attendance at trade shows and events, and brand enhancement; and digital skills, such as Social Media, Mobile, SMS and e-mail. All are important and a fully integrated approach is what is required. Good analytical skills, focused campaigns, diligent reporting and confident and accurate presentations, will make a real difference to the performance of the business. The growth of the business can be greatly enhanced through clever, focused marketing. There is a team to manage and agencies to direct, and this individual will need to champion Marketing throughout the businesses. We are looking for a strong leader, a clear communicator, capable of operating throughout the business at a senior management level. You will need to be ambitious, commercial, and wanting to fully participate in the successful growth of a forward looking business. Plenty of potential for career development.
