Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Consultant to join their team based in London and Horsham.

Job Title: Learning Consultant

Location: London / Horsham, Sussex

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum OTE £60,000 + Benefits

Our client are a leading provider of online management training to both individuals and corporate clients. Their clients include well-known US, UK and global brands, across a variety of sectors, such as Travis Perkins, Motorola Solutions, Imax, European Space Agency and MasterCard.

They are proud to be Investors In People accredited and to hold a Queen’s Award for Enterprise. The role is office-based split evenly between their new central London location in WeWork Southbank and their head office in a brilliant barn conversion just south of Horsham, mid-Sussex.

An exciting opportunity to develop your sales career by contributing to the growth of our client by working collaboratively within the New Business team to identify, develop and close enterprise wide deals with a diverse set of corporate clients.

Learning Consultant – Responsibilities:

- Engaging with a variety of prospecting activities

- Nurturing inbound enquiries.

- identifying a client’s learning needs across their organisation in a consultative manner and to match with the best possible learning solution in order to give new clients the best possible results.

- Nurturing new relationships through the sales cycle to a natural close in order to secure new relationships

- Smoothly handing confirmed relationships over to the Client Success Team to nurture and develop.

- Working with the new business and client success team in order to implement the business strategy in order to achieve the best possible results and to achieve business targets.

Learning Consultant – You:

- Proactive and driven to achieve results

- Comfortable developing business over the phone

- Knowledge of selling internationally, ideally USA or within the EMEA region.

- Able to connect with people and generate rapport very quickly

- Prepared to challenge potential clients in a collaborative and value-add way

- A good communicator in writing and on the phone

- Proficient in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software

- Comfortable presenting to people whether face to face or in the virtual environment

- Enjoys the consultative sales process

- Consistent and dependable but brings a bit of personality

- Represents the company in a professional and considerate manner

- Demonstrates understanding of our customer audiences, how we work with them and the solutions we deliver

- Works collaboratively with others to deliver results

- Takes responsibility for the goals and tasks assigned

- Uses their personal effectiveness tools and techniques where appropriate

- Looks out for and escalates new client opportunities
