We have exciting opportunities available for Product Simplification Managers within our General Insurance Product & Propositions Team. You will have accountability for delivery of specific initiatives and insight across the governance and conduct agenda and we are seeking individuals that are passionate about improving customer outcomes.

You will be responsible for driving the simplification of our product estate and ensuring we don’t recreate or duplicate as we go forwards. You will be driving through product change ensuring that our customers benefit from our most up to date products and that we provide real customer value.

You will enjoy liaising with a wide range of colleagues to lead product change and identify opportunities whilst making a key contribution to the simplification of our business. You will also work with colleagues to ensure product risks are actively mitigated and appropriate ongoing product oversight is in place delivering improved customer outcomes.

You'll enjoy taking personal responsibility for your own workload, continually prioritising to ensure you are delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Understanding of UK General Insurance market.
  • Understanding of product management.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Ability to work with detail and to paint the bigger picture.
  • Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • High level of personal credibility.
  • Experience working through complex and difficult issues.
  • Experience of customer orientated thinking and deliverables.

  • Salary of £30, 000 to £36,000 pa depending on experience
