This successful, well established and reputable Law Firm based in Wigan are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing Department.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Joining an existing team of 10 and supporting one of the Fee Earners you will be completing high volumes of audio and copy typing, liaising with both clients and estate agents, submitting land registry searches, preparing legal packs, updating and maintaining the in-house system, dealing with enquiries, scanning documents onto the system, reviewing contracts, preparing bills, completion statements and financial statements, submitting SDLT returns to HMRC, deeds scheduling, closing files and dealing with bank refinances.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?
The successful candidate will have recent experience working within the legal field, preferably within conveyancing. You will possess fast and accurate typing speeds and be punctual and reliable.
